Founded in 1948 and restructured in 2005 as Korea’s first municipally owned orchestra, the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra has become one of Asia’s leading symphonic ensembles. Jaap van Zweden
Jaap van Zweden is internationally recognized for his intensity, precision, and deeply expressive interpretations. He has served as Music Director of major orchestras worldwide, building a reputation for transformative leadership and compelling performances across a wide symphonic repertoire.

Matthias Goerne
Matthias Goerne is regarded as one of the foremost lyric baritones of his generation, celebrated for the depth and refinement of his interpretations. Bomsori Kim
